Why should I get a monthly wash plan?
Our monthly wash plans save you big money.When you sign up for a plan, you get complete access to our wash and vacuums from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 A.M. to 7:00 P.M. Feel free to wash every day if you want.
Will I get a refund if I cancel?
No, you will not receive a refund. Your plan remains active until your next billing date. This means you can keep washing until your plan cancels.
When will my card be charged for my monthly wash plan?
Your credit \ debit card will be auto-charged monthly on the same day of the month that you signed up. If you sign up on the 29th, 30th, or 31st your payment will be processed on the 28th of every month thereafter.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and cash. No coin currency is accepted at the pay stations.
What happens to my monthly plan if I sell my car?
You may change the tag number if your tag number changed by logging into your account online or stop by the wash and have one of the wash attendants help you.
Why is the wash closed today?
The wash is open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday - Saturday. We are closed on Sunday. We may modify our schedule due to weather conditions or required maintenance.
Are your wash solutions safe for my cars finish?
Yes. We use the highest quality chemicals, which are crafted with a range of ph solutions to get your vehicles clean and ensure they are safe for your vehicles finish.
Who is responsible for vehicle tunnel damage?
Joe Holland Quick Wash is not responsible for:
Antennas of any kind.
Non-factory-installed items or accessories
Bug guards
Visors
Spoilers
Decals
License plates, covers, or frames
Rims that extend beyond the wheel well
Oversize rims
Damage to TPMS sensors with extensions
Light or tow bars
Magnets
Hitch covers
Luggage or ski racks and running boards
Any loose parts
Previous damages
Spare tire covers
Windshield cracks due to rock chip(s)
Vehicles older than 7 years old
Customized lowered (suspension) automobiles and dually trucks
Driver error
Before entering the wash:
Remove antenna
Turn off radio if you have a retractable antenna
Fold mirrors
Turn off automatic wipers
Clean out truck beds
Remove hitch extensions
Remove bike racks and bikes
TRUCK BEDS MUST BE EMPTY.
